If You are Here, You’ve Likely Already tried Something That Didn’t Work.
Seen multiple providers without clear answers
Been given temporary solutions that did not last
Been told “everything looks normal” despite ongoing pain
TMJ disorders are often misunderstood, oversimplified, or treated too generally. This is where a more focused, experienced approach becomes necessary.
Welcome to A More Focused, Private Setting Established Specifically for Complex TMJ Cases
Individual, hands-on physical therapy designed exclusively for TMJ and all related disorders
A More Focused Approach to TMJ Care
After 30 years of treating TMJ, I’ve refined a very specific way of evaluating and managing theses cases.
Over time, I found that many patients weren’t improving - not because treatment does not work - but because their condition was not being fully understood.
This led me to develop a more direct, individualized, and hands - on approach focused on identifying what is actually driving your symptoms - not just managing them.
This private service allows me to work with patients in a way that is not possible in a traditional clinic setting.

Conditions Commonly Treated

Jaw pain, clicking/popping, fatigue, and locking

Ear pain, fullness, or ringing
Clenching and grinding-related tension
Facial and jaw muscle pain/tension and tightness
TMJ-related headaches, including tension-type headaches and migraines
Neck pain contributing to jaw dysfunction
How Treatment Begins
Step 1
Initial Consultation
An initial evaluation focuses on understanding your symptoms, medical history, and the mechanics of your jaw and cervical spine.
This evaluation allows a targeted treatment plan to be developed based on the specific factors contributing to your TMJ symptoms.
Step 2
Focused Treatment Sessions
Treatment sessions involve hands-on care and guided rehabilitation to address the joint mechanics and muscular contributors to dysfunction.
All sessions are conducted one-on-one.
Step 3
Ongoing Progress
Treatment plans are individualized depending on the nature and duration of symptoms.
Many patients experience meaningful improvement once the underlying mechanical issues are addressed.
